Hokies-Hoos will be broadcast on ESPNU at 3:30 PM. North Carolina will host Duke at noon. That game will be on ESPN2. If Duke loses and Virginia Tech wins, then the Hokies head to Charlotte to play Florida State.
And yes, courtesy of VTBox, we announced game times with a GIF.

exactly what i was hoping for
I just hope knowing the result of the Duke UNC game doesn't affect how we play
Doubt the coaches will let them know. The only way the should know is if they look up at the scoreboard during the game, which I think they would only do if they are winning comfortably.
I'm also worried about this... Just worried if Duke wins we're disappointed and come out flat, or if Duke loses all the pressure is on...
I definitely just let this gif suck me in for about 10 minutes
Who else is gonna be at Lane Stadium North?
i'll be there!
Count me in!
I'm headed up with a group of about 15 friends and family. Hoping to see much more Tech fans that boohoos
I live Hooville, so it would be rude not to.
I will and I'm bringing around 5-10 friends with me. Just gotta figure out if I should bring my then 10-month old.
It's gonna be cold. Might want to factor that in.
Yeah, I forgot I'm going to be on the east coast where it's not 60 the week before Christmas
Zomf,

My daughter (about the same age) has been to every home game so far this season. You just gotta make sure you plan ahead a little bit [fleece onesie w/ mittens and feet, ear protection (earmuffs for kids or baby banz). We strap her in a carrier and off we go. She's even been known to take a nap or two during the game.
Too cute Horse!!
A turkey leg to you sir Horse, since I can't get you any virtual oats. My daughter is officially a meme!
I'll be there - will probably be tailgating in the Fontaine Ave Research Center parking lot. It's a bit of a walk to the game, but it's very close to 250/29.
hey, that's where we'll be. yeah, it's a good hump, probably comparable to walking to lane from price's fork. plus you have the woods right there to avoid the port-a-potty lines.
Exactly - a perfect spot. Last time the walk back was great - it was all Hokies Chanting "Let's Go" the entire way. It was glorius.
Dark, dark Brown 2007 Explorer with Hokie Magnets, probably a Tan tent - will have plenty of drink!
this is awesome...but I thought they were announcing on Monday?
They waited and they had to announce six days before the game. That means by Sunday. What has me surprised is that we're the 3:30 and not the more important to the division UNC-Duke
that's been the theme all season...UVA has had a ton of 330 games and none of the games they play in are important to the conference race
Given that the Iron Bowl is at 3:30 on CBS, I'm thinking that the UNC-Duke game will get more viewers at literally any other time lol.
On another note, I'm going to be in Auburn for the Iron Bowl this year. No tickets ($$$$$), but tailgating.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! The two rivalry games I want to see are on at the same time and the CBS game gets relegated to the little screen because ESPNU isn't available on it.
#goacc :(
Oh man, I'm soooooo glad this isn't going to be on espn3.
Thank goodness.
see y'all in Hooville
Really? ESPNU?
Man, I don't get that channel.
What the heck is the ACC Network playing if not 1 of the 2 games that determines who plays in the ACC Championship?
I heard they're actually running their Law and Order reboot with Mike London as the chief
I'm planning on being there! Was at Lane North for 38-0, sitting on the hill. It was awesome (seeing our boys beat the snot out of the #newhoos).
This gif made my day.
I'm clueless, so how do you make something like that, frame by frame or can you track the movement some way?
MAGIC
is it bad that I don't even know where this gif is from. I must be out of touch on this.
Game of Thrones
ah...that would explain it...haven't watched it. thanks.
So if you are keeping score at home, one 3:30 game at home and one on the road all season? Hokies need to come out strong next year and avoid this indignity.
UVA's had a horrible season and its time to put the nail in Mike London's coffin. While I know he will probably be back next year, another 38-0 style win could make it a tough off season for him.
