Definitely not a big time burner but he has good cuts at the line and looks like he has good hands. Looks like a great player who will add some good depth to the young WR room.

Some added depth. And a red zone target. Beyond that, agree that he's not a big-time burner. His cuts are average/adequate, but I don't see him generating a ton of separation against big-time corners.
