Taking this opportunity to share Joey Slye's tackle on Joe Reed (yes, UVA Joe Reed) from Sunday, in case anyone missed it.
I think he feels like he could play linebacker if he was not such a good kicker.
The perspective and colors made me think this was a video game initially.
Apparently Slye went after Reed because he was mad that his kickoff didn't go for a touchback.

I was extremely impressed by the field goals last week and I love him earning the 25!
But out of all sports superstitions, I fear the announcer's curse the most.
He deserves the #25 after his performance against NC State. Looked like those long field goals would have been good from 10 yards further. The NC State long field goal barely made it over the bar while Johnson's were in the top of the netting.
Right before NCSU made that long field goal the announcers were talking about their kicker's range and power. Then walked in some of that BGE - Big Johnson Energy - and like you said, puts it in the top of the netting. Loved it.
