Nico Moritz-Toledo (OF) has climbed up the board, holding the #4 overall ranking in the state.

Chase Colangelo (SS) is ranked right next to his teammate as the #5 overall recruit in Virginia.

Yogi Colangelo (2B) sits just outside the top five at the #6 overall ranking in the state.

Gavin Knox (RHP) rounds out the group as the #7 overall recruit in the Virginia/DC region.

The legislators have specific and very broad protections at the federal level. This is to allow the legislators to be able to openly debate without fear of suit.
The Executive does not have these protections other than the executive cannot be sued for specific acts as the executive carried out as defined by federal law.

The state level will vary by state law.

Seven composite 4-stars in this class, 2 of which are TEs. Only Miami and Clemson have more composite 4-star recruits and VT barely behind Clemson overall. This may be the year VT passes Clemson though, a lot of hype right now with Bourque now in the boat.

Hoping this weekend (and upcoming weekends) seal the deal for some of these recruits.
