The legends package isn't bad if you go for golf, not just to myrtle beach. We're headed down in 2 weeks, and 5 rounds, 4 nights, including the meh breakfast, lunch, and 2 beers a day is 850. The condo is on campus and we're one of the first 3 groups out each day after the first. Re-rounds are in $40 range for the afternoon too. Now, the courses aren't tidewater or Caledonia, but coming from 40 degrees and snow this winter, it serves the purpose.
Now, if I were looking at a get at it golf trip, it would be down at pawleys w Caledonia, tru blue, heritage, pawleys plantation, and maybe toss in tpc myrtle. But that's gonna run double what we are shelling out.
Sometimes just getting out w great friends is worth the squeeze. And knowing what you are getting makes sure you aren't disappointed.
