Watch your language, young feller, this is a public thread. Now if you want Michael Vick, I can order him for you, have it about 16 years ago.
No joke, those Hokie Club sandwiches are like 1000 calories of pure deliciousness.
I think this was a secret part of that Greyson Lambert trade.
Nickelwhip, I like it. My younger brother calls it the "Money" spot and I think it's going to make Mook plenty. I love seeing how this position can be filled effectively and not just be a placeholder for guys that didn't make it at safety or something.
Way less concerns recruiting for the future of the whip spot now that we can just offer more DBs and tell them we have 5 guys that will start in the secondary, if they can ball. Confidant our strength staff can get it done too.

Whoa, whoa there... even Liberty doesn't deserve that level of disrespect.
For the first time in a long time I'm completely excited to watch another Virginia Tech football game. The past few years' Saturdays have been met with anxiety and consternation, knowing that we could win each game but realistically I'd waste four hours on the couch. I'm little upset that I made plans to hang out with my aunt and uncle this coming weekend and I'm supposed to work the weekend of the UNC game. I really want to see what Cornfostente can whip up each week from here on out.
This needs to be updated with Bronco in the "Hire a New Coach..." image
Make no bones about it, BC has a good defense.
I think they'll finish this season with a top 25 defense. I just don't think they're quite as good as they were last year.
Guess who has the top passing defense in the FBS?
I think I had 6 maybe 7 on Saturday. They pair well with rye whiskey and cold cuts.
LJ is good, but he reminds me more of Vince Young than Mike Vick, who was an excellent athlete himself. I thought VY was unstoppable when he played.
NVM - he's soooo Michael Vick. Good for him. Too bad he plays for douche bag petrino.
What a geographical oddity, 1:10 minutes from everywhere
Sad we'll never be able to really put it to the test.
I think in Fu/Corn's scheme, he'd light things up in a way unheard of.
One of his things that was just jaw dropping were his deep outs from the opposite hash. Ball got there on a dime, fast enough for a turn upfield.
So many times, that deep out is simply a catch and run/get pushed out of bounds, just because the ball takes a while to go 40 yards or so of actual green.
The other thing MV7 had that was simply preternatural was his ability to feel and react to pressure. Watching him duck pressure from the blindside, spin into green and then either break ankles or uncork a 50 yarder with a flick of his wrist has been unmatched so far.
Jackson is the real deal. Louisville got a steal. He's the closest thing I've seen to MV7 since MV7. But I don't know if he has the extra "it" factor that Vick had.
If we get to that point (spoiler: we won't), it means we have beaten Clemson, FSU, or UofL in the title game
Don't think that Tennessee game would be too much a stain on our resume... though, a part of me absolutely loves the thought that a loss against an SEC team (let alone one who had legitimate playoff hype to start the year) could be reason enough to leave someone out of the playoff...
While I hope that we run the table, this comment is such a downer.

Challenge accepted...
Lamar Jackson isn't a freshman, either. Mike's got that on him.
Scottie Montgomery took the Eastern Carolina job on purpose
The overwhelming majority of Penn St fans and alumni...
By this you must mean everyone 56+ years old (assuming everyone considered in the statement of Davis's which claimed the graduation years of the people who threw vitriol at her).
Just FYI, the scene up here is that this is very much a generational issue. The new kids don't claim any responsibility for anything that happened before they became students and the day-to-day life at Penn State is still just a new crop of college kids every year with their own goals, certainly not obliged to deign to the still-fresh social pressures that exist in this town. Read the Davis column.
However, there is a large, older alumni base with deep pockets and political connections that suggest that this issue will not fade until the people who want to keep fighting it are still alive. Don't kid yourself, this will still be a story in five to ten years, and the media will feed it to you at every opportunity.
It's to a point where you came to college to go to school and play football.

You are getting into dangerous territory...
Check the FSU video at 1:10 and tell me he doesn't have breakaway speed. Or the 1:10 clip in the Syracuse video has another great example.
Hey Scottie!

Vick is right. You can bank on Lamar Jackson so surely that his face is on currency. He's more elusive than Vince Young but sturdier than Michael Vick. He's Cam Newton with a slither. Lamar Jackson, by a slim margin over Jabrill Peppers, is the best college football player today. Respect
As for the Vick comparisons, Jackson can sling the rock and so could Vick. His speed is less than Vick but greater than Vince Young or Cam Newton, opposite for size/run-over-ability.
I'll leave you with this:
