I'm still optimistic on our team's future. For this game though, I worry that our D may get very tired at the end and cannot hold on with their running. Our O should give our D plenty of rest. Or we may just hope the opponent will send us some gift in turn overs. This will be very hard in the 2nd half.

I just am extremely frustrated when we make no attempt to get a chance at scoring with the last possession, especially when we know Tennessee is getting the ball to start the second half. Even three points would be huge towards momentum. We have made few attempts to take the top off this defense with some of the best receivers we have ever had. Running out the clock there just says to me we don't trust our offense enough to take a shot. If they come out and score to start the next half it puts us in a huge hole.

You might see that a lot this year. First year with a new head coach and new offensive system. Timing looked off on a couple plays. That will get cleaned up with repetition.
Positives: Mook is gonna be a player guys, Offense showed they can flat out move the football against top quality defensive talent, Defense looks great when they get their rest and aren't constantly playing with their backs against the wall
Negatives: Penalties bro. Jesus Christ the penalties. Stroman is just getting bullied by that big wideout. I think he's been in good position but his lack of size and experience are working against him on one-on-one plays like that, he's going to be okay but Alexander is probably the answer for this game.
