So included in this years fan requested additions are things like a second Turkey Leg stand, improved audio in the stadium using an outside company to make sure audio is at the same level throughout the stadium, an improved Hokie Village with a pregame show staring Willie Byrnn, more food options and sounds like more kids entertainment, the South Endzone is getting alcohol and free food (Jeep we are best friends now remember), the concourses are also getting new flat screen TV's. These all sound like quality upgrades and further proof that Tech has the right AD at the helm. Things I would like to see next year: improved bathrooms, more improvements to the Hokie Village so kids and parents are not waiting in line for 30 mins to do something and a food stand selling brats and sausages with all the fixins.

yeah no need to throw shade

and it's easy to make stuff up

I could easily say that based on my run in with Teller he's not in the doghouse at all...the coaches are holding him back and trying to get the younger guys up to speed. They're looking for a 6th guy for the starting line and since they know what they have in Teller they're playing him with the twos...his effort will set the tone for the second group and hopefully push them to get better themselves*

*complete speculation, of course

edit: in case my point wasn't clear enough

you're completely missing my point. I have no idea what is going on with Teller but I'm not about to toss him under the bus and imply that I have inside knowledge since I "ran into him"

I'm not trying to make any "angle" on the situation...just pointing out that this is the internet and people can say whatever the hell they want. Believe what you want to believe.

Very glad to read that they will be addressing sound volumes. My seats are in Section 18 almost across the entire field from the new video board and I still have to plug my ears to avoid being deafened.

Haven't heard about the lack of arm strength, but have heard the concern of throwing it to the wrong guys too often. He could have been pressing and trying to do too much. Jackson is the one I've heard with the arm strength concern.

The scholarship isn't free, it is in exchange for athletic talents.

JUCO is also not FBS

I'm skeptical of that particular skuttlebut but I'm also not ready to assume that Evans is going to have nearly the same production at this level

I'm in wait-and-see mode

This is my thought... I don't like the idea of universities paying students, but if Michael Brewer wanted to run his own football camp for kids during the off season, he should be able to do so. If kids' parents are willing to pay Justin Bibbs to give their kids shooting lessons, I'm all for it. If Wyatt Teller turns out to be a fantastic photographer, he should be able to get paid for his work, and advertise using his name.

It's a media release, not an article.

Although I don't think copying and pasting the entire release adds any value. And reading an entire release in <blockquote>s is rather painful on my eyes. What's valuable are original thoughts that propel an insightful discussion.

The scuttlebutt on Evans is that he lacks a little bit of the necessary arm strength and throws it to the other team too much.

38 TDs to 3 INTs does not strike me as throwing it to the other team too much. Can I ask where you've heard/read that?

Here's my image review of the important food changes:

Healthier options have been added to the menus for the 2016 season.

A second Turkey Leg stand will also open to help meet demand.

The South End Zone Indoor Club areas will be adding enhanced beverage options and complimentary snacks this season.
