Questions:
1 we don't have any idea what will happen at Riverrun, right? The Tullys would be necessary forces for Jon, but also hard to see Jaime and Bronn losing.
2 Sam can't go to Old Town to get educated now, can he? Randyll would find him and kill him in a few days. Sam going back to the wall?
3 Can Benjen cross the wall? Dragon glass in the heart has to have some limiting side effects.
4 Arya has to be on the next boat to Westeros, Bravos has nothing left to offer. Unless her killing the Waif is her test from Jaquen?
Previews for next week were very interesting. Blackfish, Jaime in battle, Bron, Greyjoys in a relevant arc, Sansa and Jon collecting forces, a Glover character.

With Nagbe, Pulisic and Zardes coming on so strong, and Bradley having a strong game as the 6 against Bolivia, I'm generally more encouraged going into the tournament. Those two games were the US getting back to their ways of doing things like trying hard and seeming interested.
I think Besler playing left back and being allowed to attack the left wing might be an experiment best left for another time. Maybe "fish out of water" can describe what he looked like trying to learn the position on the fly

Perhaps in support of your statements Hokie34 there was a fairly recent piece done by Bill Connelly from SBNation about the SEC East. He wrote that "the SEC East in 2015 was by far the worst division among the Power Five conferences. The SEC East was rated closer to both divisions in the American Athletic Conference and Mid-American Conference than it was to the SEC West." Also, the point was made that "The West has seven straight SEC championships and has won 70 percent of games against the East since 2009.

There is actually 2 full contact amateur leagues right now. I coached on the Shanghai Titans for a season but it was too much time in the end. I have a lot of friends playing in these and they are all trying out for the Arena league.
But you are thinking of it the wrong way. China has a pretty drastic lack of team league sports. Soccer and CBA (China NBA) are the two biggest draws. But it has an under served population of over a Billion people. That type of market exposure is priceless, especially for something like Arena football that has fast games, minimal infrastructure requirements and can cherry pick athletic talent as much as they need to. Hell, the amateur leagues have been getting NFL level washouts for a few seasons now and have had D1 players sprinkled in every team for years. Now imagine you are the only Arena football team in a city like Shanghai that has over 20 million people. You'll be sold out every game and your merchandise will sell everywhere.
Fun fact: if (when) Tommen dies, given that Jaime has now been released from the Kingsguard, Jaime would be the rightful heir to the throne as it stands now.

Book reader viewpoint: Coldhands has a more interesting backstory, and Benjen probably has his own, different interesting stories to tell. Assuming we ever get anymore goddamn books to read.
He seems to operate better in space - screens, end-arounds and YAC in the short passing game - though he also looks like he does have the ball skills to snag the occasional jump ball. Still, watching his tape, I see a slot receiver.

Cyclical yes but check it, when Alabama is up Tennessee tends to be down or at least mediocre and vice versa. I believe much of that lies in Alabama being dominant in recruiting. Butch Jones has created a little more parity there but can it be maintained? Only time will tell and it will probably be sooner than later...

Unless they're putting out a complete red herring, the repetition of "burn them all" cut with images of wildfire, White Walkers, and the army of wights pretty much spelled it out to me. I think the proposition that Bloodraven used his abilities to try to communicate with King Aerys was what did, in fact, drive him crazy. Bloodraven was warning about the threat from the North, and perhaps giving Aerys visions.
His visions were haul assing. Easy to miss. I did too.

Much as I like seeing the needle preparing to do some sewing and I like seeing the queen of dragons get her mojo back, this show is perverse enough to let the white walkers win out in the end. If the stark family ever gets together again, they might have enough talents to accomplish something, I'm just not sure what. Just survival seems a major accomplishment in this series.
