Hoping that's true. Very odd to see a CB drop if the defensive staff is being kept in place. If Wolfolk was only coming to VT because of Beamer, I would have thought he'd have flipped a long time ago. Makes me a bit uneasy.
What kind of behind-the-scenes work will he be doing exactly? It seems to me like this would be a really weird scenario for both sets of coaches for the next month. I'm sure that Frank will be happy to mentor Fuente and get him up to speed on everything but I can't imagine that the current coaching staff that's not being retained would be as eager. Will the current staff be essentially interviewing to stay on staff? Will they have joint meetings old/new staff or do you think they will be operating independently?

It makes me laugh that Flood was quoted yesterday saying he was expecting to keep his job. Both he and Hermann were fired with extreme* prejudice* today because their program is a full-blow-tire-fire* mode. What a mess*. Glad the Big Ten wanted their TV market.

What a great weekend to be a Hokie! I am wondering how the bowl game will go coach wise. I suppose it depends on who is around, but I would think Frank will be focused on game prep, while JF will take a lower profile, focusing on recruiting players and staff for 2016.
CB Myles Wolfolk just flipped to UNC today, per 24/7.
Hope not!!! Hope there is a evaluation of all assistants and if we can do better. The only sure keep would be Gray in my opinion.

Seriously can you imagine if UVA was recruiting well with London how good they'd recruit with Richt...but hopefully UVA can't make a play for him. I could see USC looking his way possibly, but just honest opinion backed by absolutely zero, I think he might stay in Athens or atleast sit out from coaching for a little while.
