What does our rotation have to do with the recruits that went to other schools and are sitting behind other elite talent? Here is the list of players and his comments.

Dashawn Hand- Teammates, coaches (played at bama as a true freshmen but not much and is expected to be a backup again this year)
Matt Rolin- Family, strong VT area (went to Florida no clue about him, but spring reports said he looked the best he has to date and he's a r-fr)
Korren Kirven- Seriously? (did nothing at Alabama but has played behind some monsters and just like deshawn hand I think he was a bad fit as he's not big/strong enough to play NT and not fast enough to play their DE)
Win Homer (went to BC no idea on what he's done on the OL)
Derrick Nnadi-Family ties (got significant PT as a true freshmen)
Darrell Taylor- VT school, loved VT, coaches blew it. (true freshmen this year at UTjr)
Clelin Ferrell- VT school, teammates, family (true freshmen this year at Clemson)
Felton Davis III-Pipeline (true freshmen this year at MSU)
Josh Sweat-New Pipeline, teammates, family (true freshmen this year at FSU coming off major knee reconstruction and being moved to OLB)

One interview said they have 30-35 players a day in the facility doing drills, when they didn't have it on a typical summer day it was 15-20.

UVA winning last night, LT not doing great, potentially missing out on a couple of recruits, my email at work isnt working, and Ive been on hold with the help desk for over 30 minutes. Today is not going to be a good day...

Nice to see the indoor facility is being used by the players in the off season to do some work. I'm sure they were doing some drills or QBs and WRs working together (ahem Lawson) before the backflip catch came to fruition which was probably hard to do before they had a facility.

This seems like no news. Two weeks ago it was someone taking one sentence and making a whole article. Now it is someone else using the fact that they haven't cut people to say Sims is the frontrunner for the job.

I have no idea if Logan Thomas is actually doing well, be the only actual information in that article was that they haven't picked one, and that Sims can't see well.

I've been a long time supporter of LT as a QB, but if Bruce Arians believes that Philip Sims is a better project than him, then that will essentially end Logan's stint as a QB in the league. As EddieVT said above, he is too talented of an athlete. He should be able to make more waves as a TE and make a pretty darn good living if he can even be just an average one. He definitely has the tools to be better than average knowing his measurables/athleticism.

Hating uva is an everyday affair here at my house. Now I hate Vandy for not taking care of MY needs in this particular matter, about which I shall speak no more...aloud.

That is three sports in one year that we have beaten the eventual national title holder every time we played them. OSU football, OSU wrestling, UVA baseball.

For whatever that is worth...

Dont have it yet but Ive got a white F150 that will one day have the plate "XitWhite" and my girlfriend has a black car that she plans to get "NterNite"

Edit: I should have said that the "exit light" tag is already taken so I have to change it to white. And I've got a white truck. I do some pretty dumb things but not quite as dumb as screwing up Enter Sandman chorus

Whitehead's coach gets it- very refreshing:

"You're going to be at junior college on your own, and what you get is what you put into it."
...
"I told him to make sure to take it seriously, go to the conditioning and the weight room and not do dumb stuff, and if he does that, then eventually he'll play for the Hokies," Henderson said. "If he doesn't, he'll be in the same boat he is now."

Rules on taking non-qualifiers will make this tough, though not impossible.

IMO, P5 conferences should all have the same rules in this regard. B1G allows non-qualifiers to enroll on their own dime (and are prohibited from practice) and do their year in residence at the school. Big 12 has no limit on JUCOs provided they meet certain academic for AA degree, hours, GPA, etc. SEC allows 2 non-Q's per year (that have met subsequent academic requirements) in football. ACC and PAC allow a max of 1 per year for football.

The dude has put on some muscle. Hopefully he breaks some big plays for us at WR this season. We need that athleticism at the skill positions to make a 10 yard play into a 50.
