See, it was always the reverse in my house. I'm the youngest, which means I was the last to develop the sense of "oh wow, that was pretty loud, I better get out of here before Mom or Dad shows up." No matter who was to blame, I was the one on the spot when the Authorities showed up.
We would probably be starting either Bucky or Motley at QB with McMillan and Parker as the other two QB options. (I'm pretty sure Parker was committed to VT and being mentioned as a QB before Lefty was hired, might have gotten more than a token look at QB under the old regime)

They called the one on Corey- it got enforced on the kickoff. I'm guessing the LG wasn't supposed to make contact with Marshall and that the RT wasn't supposed to cut Nigel Williams (it was former VT target Kiaro Holts' 2nd career start).

That was devastatingly frustrating to watch.
I would be very surprised if the Catch No Catch call int he Sugar Bowl would be up there. At the time we still had the ball in OT with a chance to put points on the board, so I doubt that call changed our win percentage that much. (As I understand it, this series is only taking into consideration what happened on a given play, not what 'might' have happened)
It was fine as a throwback, but when we kept them, it just seemed lazy.

I bought a few 3's and 4's when Logan Thomas and David Wilson were around, but it's kind of stupid when I dress my my family up and they all have the same numbers. I did what I had to do at the time, but could we get a little variation of a theme going on? Why not a 7?

While not completely clueless on pop culture, I'm constantly asking my wife who the celebrities on Conan, The Tonight Show, celebrity versions of game shows, etc. are. Another example is that for the longest time I had trouble telling these three celebrities apart:

Whenever I saw one of them I would think, "Isn't that the oldest brother from Malcom in the Middle...or is it the singer from Sum 41? And I didn't know who NPH was until my wife and I started watching through HIMYM on Netflix (got caught up in time to watch the last season or two live)

When they got to my house they looked almost pink. I called and complained enough that they actually took them back and sent me some different styles that were darker. I told them the official pantones to use and they said they already were using them. In order to get a maroon that was close they had to actually go darker than the 208 that is the official color. Thought it was odd.
I don't mind keeping the same look, but I wish they at least updated the material. A lot of other schools, even smaller ones, at least have the flywire collars, which isn't even the newest template. I was hoping for the Mach speed template for this season.
Our colors are technically (pun intended) burnt orange and Chicago maroon, and burnt orange is Texas' color if I"m not mistaken.
So yeah, we definitely don't use that color actively.
