Interesting hypothetical scenario... IF OU/UT are still in the B12, and Sorsby was on one of those teams, does the B12 react the same way/apply the same pressure?
It's obviously a moot point but a fun hypothetical (IMNSHO).
Updated: His application has to be approved by the NFL. If it is, he is not allowed to withdraw his name but seeing how he loves to sue the NCAA wouldnt put it past him to sue for his eligibility again if he goes undrafted
Realistic chance any NFL team even gives it a second thought?
ZERO after this shit show.
We did it! We saved college sports!

I guess he's just going to file for the supplemental draft, deadline is 22 June.
Edit: saw this tweet
Star QB Brendan Sorsby is applying to enter the NFL Supplemental Draft, sources tell NFL Network. After legal wrangling about his NCAA eligibility, Sorsby — regarded as a first-round talent — now could be the highest-drafted supplemental pick in decades. pic.twitter.com/ltK1SiWZr4— Tom Pelissero (@TomPelissero) June 16, 2026
Seeing Spain
strugglefail to get a goal vs Cape Verde brings me much joy
Was fascinating to watch Spain getting desperate in the last six minutes of regulation. Their whole demeanor shifted markedly.
I think Ream is starting every game - Poch trusts the partnership with Jedi on the left side. And he wants Ream there for his passing range.
I'd play Trusty on the left and trust Richards and Freeman to build out of the back. Freeman hit some decent passes against Paraguay and he can carry the ball into midfield. But I don't think Poch will do it.
This WC has been crazy so far. I hope it stays this way.
There are employment contracts there and you want a texas judge to say a company can't fire some one, thats going against how the state runs.
6 isn't bad 2 years out. Some injuries, some move on.
NCAA filed its Emergency motion for an expedited Appeal of the Sorsby TI today as well
As expected, the NCAA filed today its emergency motion for an expedited appeal ruling in the Brendan Sorsby-Texas state court injunction. The association outlines its request for this expedited schedule pic.twitter.com/qinSWsYAKD— Ross Dellenger (@RossDellenger) June 15, 2026
Add the Kansas and Utah Attorney General backing the Big 12
A third state AG, this one Utah, has sent a letter to the Big 12 backing the league's potential sanctions of Texas Tech and criticizing the Texas AG's legal threats to the conference."The harm from Texas Tech's proposed course of action is not merely legal—it is structural." pic.twitter.com/N7BwogHWRx— Ross Dellenger (@RossDellenger) June 15, 2026
The Big 12 should not be intimidated by the Texas AG's Office. The Kansas Attorney General's Office stands ready to assist the Big 12. pic.twitter.com/L6WYHxwnKd— Kris W. Kobach (@KrisKobach1787) June 15, 2026
What a result for Cape Verde; this is why I am grateful for the Germany result, yes they played a lesser side; however, it was a good opportunity to avoid the banana skin that a first game can be.
Edited. Thanks.
I do wonder how the Franklin and staff plan to handle the roster. There are 105 spots.
Current Roster:
20 Seniors/RS seniors/graduates
19 Juniors/RS Juniors
33 sophomores/RS sophomores
24 RS freshman
16 enrolled freshman
6 signees
112 on the roster currently with 6 signees to join. Already over roster limit by 13.
For next year, there are only 20 currently on roster with 1 year of eligibility. 25 signees is already a net 5-player surplus without portal additions.
The numbers always work out? It'll be interesting to see how exactly. How much attrition. How much leaving for opportunities (playing time or pay). How many of the class actually sign. etc.
Are we surprised Pry couldn't win?
That 2020 class would have been Sophs in 2021, Juniors in 2022 (3-8), Srs in 2023 (7-6), and r-Srs in 2024 (6-7).
Add in that 2021 class, which was Fuente's last year, are we surprised at all?
HOKIES!!!
That 2020 class ... woof
I think we can see that Pry was starting to raise the floor in his last two classes. The problem was the upper-classmen, who you would expect to be the leaders just weren't blue chip.
Current 247 class score: 242.84
2026: 226.24
2025: 208.19
2024: 202.60
2023: 205.58
2022: 208.77
2021: 195.94
2020: 166.34
2019: 227.09
2018: 226.01
2017: 217.74
2016: 190.06
Class of 2027
Heard Chris Coleman say recently that he expected between 4-6ish depending on who it is.
Take that flip ND!

15?
GOT 'EEM!!!
Now let's see if Pry can create some decent LB play as DC since his LBs as a HC were dismal.

How much do you think he has bet on himself becoming a Brown?
