That's the one thing they needed to learn with mobile quarterbacks. The problem we had facing not only mobile QBs, but those that had weak lines, was that we got so much penetration, that we whiffed on the sack with them. A brief pause to react to the QB instead of allowing the QB to react to you and dodge you, means you're going to be successful.

We've learned to slow down and actually make the tackle instead of flying in and whiffing.
Our D is good, but in terms of turnovers this season, notsomuch.
Looks like the D is trying to bat down more passes. Interesting approach. It makes Hundley's so-so arm pretty bad because he has to loft the ball. Now if Jack can keep him in the backfield, we may be on to something.

I'd call it ineffective execution before I'd call it ineffective playcalling. Leal had two opportunities to make big play and didn't do it.

I cant believe so many people called for Leal to replace Logan this season he is obviously not the better choice.
I like J.C., but Wright is playing so much better. I'm sure there are logistic issues, but he's having a much better day running.
