I realize that peoples' mileage may vary, but, according to Arccos, a change from 900 ft above sea level to 3500 feet is about 8 yards for driver and about 6 yards for all your other clubs. For reference my driver distance is 246 at 900 ft and my 7i distance is 158.
I suspect that humidity also plays a bit of a role going from desert to humid conditions.
