I'm going to attribute the slow start to the new Nickel package Foster put in. My guess is they were doing one or two simple things wrong and adjustments were made at the half. I don't think we're going to run that much against BC unless we're up some scores. The defensive line really needs to come to play next week.
DBs are pretty much garbage. Carmichael redeemed himself but generally, we are swiss cheese in the defensive backfield and that pisses me off.
That being said, we came on strong in the second half and have RBs to spare.

I think the defense thought that the first half was touch football. I am glad they got back in the second half. Bruce Taylor was amazing. I have heard that they cut a bulls balls off before sending him into the ring for bull fighting. I think something similar happened to Bruce. What an great turn around.

He's faster than Williams which helps when the holes are only open for a fraction of a second. But even today, it really looked like Williams was running timidly, consistently bouncing things outside, whereas David picks as hole, hits it and then makes his moves.
I've thought DW would be the best of 'em all because he's the strongest, and fastest and he can run downhill, but makes the moves we needs to.
Joe, do you think he's better now? Or do you think his speed is compensating for the O-line better thank Williams can...
