Apparently JC did not make the trip to Atlanta. Not ideal to have 4 starters hurt for the opening game against the nation's best. Hopefully Trey will have the game of his life.

...next man up? Seriously, who's the next man up, I don't even know anymore.
Trey was actually the designated starter for Bama I believe. But Mangus will most likely be the backup if that's your question. Or maybe we'll see some of DJ Coles in.the backfield.
On the upside ... Edmunds will be assured plenty of carries and should have plenty of snaps to get into rhythm.
Mangus is the next in line. Perhaps some good screen passes to our new RB/WR crossover.
This will not go down as "well we were hurt and we tried" game.
This is really where men and boys are separated. When I went to WVU they found Pat White because Bednarik was hurt. Then, Steve Slayton, a third string RB came from nowhere and there you have the most dynamic Big East offense maybe ever.
It can be done. We have the tools. We are ready mentally. Physically. We as the Hokie Nation have waited for this...and now it is here.

So does this mean if Bama wins they get an asterisk by the win?
Welp. No more running back by committee controversy, amirite?
Unless there's more injury at RB and CSB say's "who wants to carry the ball" in a team meeting.
