Both Brandon and Kendall were each named National True Freshman of the Week once during the season by 247. This shouldn't come as much of a surprise to any of us, as both guys had phenomenal years and are poised to continue the rich tradition of #DBU at Tech.
Congrats to Brandon and Kendall!

Lets hope for a few more years together. I could see one or both leaving early, but not after next year. So hoping for 2 more.
Well lucky for you/us they can't leave until their junior year because neither redshirted!
Do they not have to be 2 years removed from their last high school game. I might be wrong, but that could mean be eligible for the draft after their sophomore season (after next year).
Three years removed - either after a true Junior season or a R-Soph season.
F-k yea!
You remind me of someone...
I was just excited (specifically for Facyson). I was kinda worried he might get shafted after the shoulder thing from LOLUVA. He deserves. Ken and Brandon p*wn.
I guess you could say that another one of my favorite moments this season was when Brandon picked off Zac Lee in the techmo bowl. Being that he's from GA, that's a pretty sweet ass homecoming appearance.
Vad Lee?
It was Carmichael and Chancellor picking off Zac Lee in 2009
Sorry, GTs QB wasn't important enough for me to remember. Thx for that.
If Suggs and Jones could get a nickname: Is it too early to come up with one for these guys? TKP could get this done and get the shirts made up before the Bowl Games.
Hell no, it's NEVER too early. But, as always, it MUST be badass.
To go along with "HEY ROGERS!!!"..."Pick-6 Double Threat" ?
I got nuthin. All I know is that Kendall & Brandon are like a go-cart at a stock-car race:
No Pass.
How bout:
'Maverick & Goose'
'Killa D-Bs'
'No fly Zone'
Facyson
Fuller
Forget it. Just punt.
I like a combo between "no fly zone" and "forget it just punt." I think we're on to something.
I am surprised that Jonathan McLaughlin wasn't on the list. He held his own for a true freshman, and the 'team' only lists a couple OL. Imagine if we didn't have him this year. Picking him up was just as critical in many ways as the CBs.
