I know they're not nearly as expensive as they used to be, but I don't think everyone has one. I don't.
You'd think someone would upload an HD highlight video but they all look like they're from 1992. I have not seen one highlight video that looked different from the others in terms of quality.
Well in order to upload a HD video you have to record it in HD... that was my point lol
I think most cell phones record in 1080p now. Don't know about camcorders, but I would assume that most do.
