shoot. 247 pretty much all had him going to us. to me this is the light position in recruiting right now

...So the question now is does Proehl's decision crank up the focus on Cameron Phillips?

Phillips is considered a lean to VT right now. Proehl's commitment to UNC fits. He is an NC guy and Fedora's offense will expose Proehl more (based on current knowledge) than VT's will.
