yeah .... we were some of those alums leaving at halftime .... to restock! I love these non-sold out games because all the unused tix let you leave at halftime and come back to scream for two more quarters.
What a game - I'm sure my shoes will dry out sometime this week.
I wish I could give almost everyone a turkey leg for their comments:
1. Students and fans that stayed were loud to the end -- awesome
2. Kudos to the Corps for compensating for the rest of the students
3. What the hell is up with the cheerleaders? Not a single instance of "let's go" ... "hokies". Really?
4. I don't know if it is back or not, but that was a beamerball game through and through.
5. DHOP! I was screaming at maddie to turn around and block 16. Tariq tried to block 16 but wasn't fast enough. Fat boy TD would have been the icing.
