TECHmo Bowl 2013

It's that time of year again when, in my opinion, we play the second most hated football team in the season. LOLUVA will always be top of the list for teams we MUST not lose to but GT quickly became a close 2nd for me. Not looking to start that debate again but I, for one, cannot stand Paul Johnson and his highly debatable (illegal) chop blocking style of coaching. We will see this at least once in the game:

These past years I have grown to loathe and genuinely hate Georgia Tech.

A long time ago on TKP there were some images and gifs made using the classic Tecmo Bowl game. This prompted my first post to TKP about the Vt v GT game being labelled, "TECHmo Bowl". I believe the original graphic was by Joe and then by a member by the name of vtpas. They made some AWESOME graphics. I couldn't find Joe's original but I found vtpas from 2011:

I am biased but I have always wanted this title to take off. I also want a trophy made to be given to the winning team, which is only fitting to have for such a hated opponent. It should look something like this (props to anyone who can make a better one):

Screw ACC cross over rivalries. Outside of LOLUVA this is the best rivalry VT has going. We MUST not lose.

As the game is a night game it will play in the morning for me here in Shanghai so I will be taking a half day off from work and with the help of Phreak be watching another glorious win, however ugly, by the Hokies to reign supreme as THE Tech university.
