As if they needed any help at being a pain in our asses, they pick up the DC from Michigan State.
Thoughts?

He's Bud Foster lite.
Yeah, msu fans have to be crushed.
Their holiday is going to get even worse when Harbaugh takes the Michigan job
Looks like it's back to being Michigan's little bro.
Be interesting to beat a harbaugh-led Michigan squad with rich rod as our head coach?
Except Rich Rod will never be our head coach, so we can just put that to bed.
Definitely some smoke there. I found it objectionable at first too. But the more I read about his relationship with Whit, the more interesting (and plausible) the idea becomes.
I just don't see that move unless Arizona tanks in the next few years. He has a pretty good thing going there right now.
I'd personally like to see VT do better. RR hasn't exactly blown the doors off with his recruiting prowess. The possibility of a significant buyout is also a negative. But the VT job would be a step up from the Arizona job, at least from a football perspective.
There is a better chance of me giving birth to a flaming porcupine with diamond Tiffany cuff links with a side of hashbrowns than there is of RichRod being the head coach at Virginia Tech.
Why is that?
EDIT: This was my initial reaction as well.
From what I've heard from a few MSU fans, they are happy he is going to get HC experience because they expect him to come back and coach MSU when they get a new HC.
But is there current HC expected to leave anytime soon? Not really another big job out there unless he got offered something ridiculous like Alabama which wouldn't happen. But who knows I don't read anything about there program.
Foster v Narduzzi. Offensive hell.
