Story about the Stanford Strength Program
Shannon Turley;
"A self-described terrible athlete, Turley was always better at training for a sport than playing it. At Virginia Tech, he volunteered as a student assistant trainer."

Why would the NCAA limit the number of strength and conditioning coaches?
If they didn't, rich schools would lure kids with individual personal trainers.
But the rule actually puts the health of the kids at risk.
I agree with you. But you know, rich schools (or boosters) always find a way.
