News out of the O-D All-American practices is that Sobczak was killing it in individual and team drills.
Either this is good for us (Sobczak becomes next Luther Maddy) or bad for us (Nnadi gets threaten and doesn't commit to VT because of Sobczak...pretty unlikely)

Great news!
If Nnadi is as tough as they say, I don't see him shying away because of this.
Most should know that the way Wiles and Foster coach, if a D-Linemen is playing well, he'll find a way to split time with the starters. I'm not too worried about some of our other commits dissuading Nnadi.
From everything ive heard there was some back stories behind him or something. He was being looked at by a lot of top schools at one point. But based on what im hearing from everyone is that he will be a very good one
He's hired!
As I recall, somebody on this site (what was his name? Devilishly handsome. Smart as a whip. Pie aficionado) said that he was a perfect fit for a Bud Foster defense and that he would likely surprise some folks. Man, I hope that dude is right.
This is how I picture French:
Read that as, "blows it like a pancake". Awesome

TOOT TOOT
You perfectly describe me. Thanks.
Ooh! Ooh! And me!
At first I was mad cause the gif is sideways. But I see what you did there.
YOU!
Mike?
I think he's on here recruiting fans for the spring game.
HUMP DAY IS HERE!
I, too, think it unlikely that Sobczak would cause Nnadi to not commit. As I recall, he's got FSU and VT as his top two (with others in the mix), but FSU already has 6 DTs committed for 2014. We have 2. I'd say odds are better at getting to showcase himself here at VT (though I'm slightly biased).
Well happily, the math isn't biased. 2<6 = probably a better shot at early playing time.
Nnandi at this point does not have many choices but tech.To many changes at uva and penn state, to many dt in his class at fla st.Its a no brainer..it's tech peoples!
DN, RW, and SS did very well in their respective post-season practices and games. I am really hoping Nandi verbals to Tech because that would give us an excellent DT haul for 2014. At least one of these three guys will play a lot next year, maybe two.
Just watched his highlights. Gotta love his intensity. Love that he chased down some guys. The one leaping tackle from behind was awesome.
SS had two sacks int the O-D game on Friday, FYI...
And threw up a VT sign for a picture. I love this guy.
