Even more amazing of a story when you think that we were his only Div. 1-A offer and a late one at that. I'm glad he could fulfill his dream and buy his mom a house; that's pretty special.

Kam is such a great player and has great character. One of the best Hokies there are/was.

I remember the Spring Game in 2009. Kam signed a football for my youngest son (he was 10 at the time) and they talked for 5-6 minutes about football, basketball, and cars. I actually had to tell them other people were waiting for Kam to sign autographs. He's just a cool dude.

Hokies stole a gem from Norfolk in '06 and the Seahawks stole one from Blacksburg in 2010.

Leonard. Duh.

Kam Chancellor and Danny Coale will always be two of my favorites because of things like this. Forget about the stuff on the field, it's the stuff you do off the field that will make me remember you.

Was lucky to know Kam while he was in Blacksburg - he was a good friend, and a great person. Would always take time to speak to those who came up to him and never put himself higher than others.
