Well, it is about time. Welcome to HokieNation!

Thats a list of very impressive coaches. Current and future players will have great basketball minds to teach and prepare them to the next level.

He brought a lot of Marquette with him.

I've got no problem with that.

He's no good to me dead.

Me either. Marquette has a lot of work to do.

In every scenario, they are preferable to any VT alternative out there. I'm totally fine with him bringing in guys he trusts. For those complaining about 'no Va ties...' I have to ask - how did we do with those previous guys who had Va ties? What makes Va so unique that ties can't be developed with the reminder - 'We're totally different from the VT coaches you used to dislike...'

I think he has the VA ties covered with Reynolds. Don't let the Director of Ops title fool you, he is basically a 4th assistant and knows the area pretty well. The only hire/almost hire I don't necessarily like, is that Dave Jackson was basically going to be replaced without warning if the Marquette strength coach wanted the job and also I don't really see the need for a new trainer. He is making almost double what the previous trainer was making to do the same job.

whats with the "PROJECT" next to Assistant Coach Issac Chew's entry. Is that some kind of special program or just a typo?

Wiley, Brown, Russell, Drakeford, Gray, Banks, Prioleau, Charleton, Midget, Bird, McCadam, Pile, Hall, Green, Fuller, Williams, Hamilton, Rouse, Flowers, Harris, Chancellor, Carmichael, Hosley, Fuller, Exum, Jarrett

First time I have bothered to read any of these official coaching profiles. They remind me of a cross between a wedding notice and a resume cover letter.
