I think I remember reading earlier that Trey Gresh was also foregoing his r-SR year.
When I talked to Gresh in December, he said he had an open invite to return. Not sure if as a scholarship player. He's looking to get a business internship this summer at some pretty lofty places, and you need to be a student still to do so. Not sure if his future plans involve coming back to VT, though.
Opens up more schollys?
Writing's been on the wall for EL for some time, after getting passed by underclassmen and walkons. But hey, he's got a great degree and best of luck to him.
Disappointing to hear about these guys not panning out on the field. Seems like it was just a year or two they came in. I guess it was four.
