I feel like thats what makes people good players, Rogers said. When they dont like to lose, theyre going to work just to win everything they can. Whether its a sprint, a practice or just a drill you always want to win. You create that habit.
Thats the biggest thing I try to do: create winning habits. So when you dont win, its frustrating, its disheartening, but youve just got to get back up and keep going. Thats part of having good character.
