Frank and Shane need to stop saying " it is what it is". I can't stand that phrase and it creates complacency. Stop with all these excuses and make up a real Game plan to beat the team you're going up against. anyone else notice that our Offense is the same piss poor shit every week. Almost like we don't game plan for different teams. STOP throwing the ball 8 yards behind the line of scrimmage and stop having our HB's line up 6 yards behind the QB. Do your Job, because you get paid a hell of a lot better than a lot of us.

Well, it's not the same every week. I'm going off memory here but I think prior to the Pitt game we were in the top 10 for 3rd down conversions and getting close to or a little over 400 yds a game. We're in a rut, and actually it is what it is. Take the 3 3rd qtr fumbles for example, that is so uncharacteristic of our team that it has to be written off as fluke. I actually agree with S. Beamer, it's just college football and he gave great examples with Miss St and UGA.
