Charter Bus to OSU@VT from Charlotte

As I am sure most Hokie-rich areas are doing, the Charlotte alumni association is planning to charter a bus (details below) from Charlotte to Blacksburg on Sept 7 so that we can watch the Hokies dismantle OSU again.

The problem is that we are about 10 or so folks short for being able to justify the bus trip and need more people to sign up or the trip is going to be cancelled and we will have to fend for ourselves to get to the game.

If you are in Charlotte or a nearby area and have any desire to go back to Blacksburg for the game, please sign up and do so ASAP so the trip doesn't get cancelled.

My drunk ass thanks you all in advance for helping to secure safe transport back to the holy land.

LIMITED SEATS are available on our bus trip to the OSU game in Blacksburg - RESERVE YOUR SEAT TODAY. Please see the information below and contact Henry Brassel for questions or additional information.

Visit our Events Page to Reserve Your Seat Today - http://charlottehokies.com/events.html#bus

Purchase includes transportation to and from the game as well as an "on the road" tailgate (physical tickets will not be provided – you will be checked in at the bus).

Buses will depart from the Park Road Shopping Center at 11 AM, do a second pick-up on the north side* of Charlotte and return immediately after the game. - Mooresville (I-77, Exit 36).

All trips are subject to a minimum number of persons, without which a cancellation may occur. If a trip is cancelled, all monies will be refunded. (A two-week cancellation notice is required for a refund.)

Football game ticket costs are not included in bus trip fees.

Just take the subway. (This is beijing, I actually am curious if Shanghai is just as packed?)

Can someone pull me into town from Salem? On a serious note, does Bburg have uber yet, or should I plan on riding in the mystery mobile Hoopty?

yes, bburg has uber. Not sure if there are enough drivers to handle the OSU game, though

I would echo this. I used them at last years UVA game and had no issue, but that was last years UVA game. I'm sure the handful of uber drivers out there will have the inflated rates.
