It's going to be a emotional day in the stands in Blacksburg on Saturday. Scooped up a last minute ticket and sitting by myself in Section 6 to get one last look at Beamer in Lane.
I realized the other day... over 25 years of watching wins, losses, highlights, tailgates, lunch pail D's, and all the players that have come and gone, Beamer has always been there through it all. A huge chapter ends on Saturday.
I wonder what former players will be there this weekend?

Love ya, Frank.
THESE ARE MANLY TEARS THAT I AM CRYING

Well, now I'm sobbing in my cubicle.
The last segment where he reaches up and touches the Hokie stone coming out of the tunnel.
Did they build Lane on an onion field?
