I bet he does not stay unrated for long. Like the adjustment to the ball in the air.

Sometimes we live no particular way but our own

Kid's got some serious wheels!

Onward and upward

Definitely need more receivers! Really hope we land a few more this cycle too!

Extremely blessed and excited to receive an offer from Virginia Tech!!

Lack of 'University' in that tweet makes me think he's got a great head on his shoulders. Definitely a keeper

"When I was growing up, Virginia Tech was a school that was kicking ass and taking names, and it's time we get back to that" - James Franklin

Looks like mostly basic routes, and then his speed and hands wins out.

Funny though because at 2:03 is the only highlight I see where he puts a couple nice moves on the db, and the db does a terrific job of sticking to him despite that... Connor just makes the catch anyway.

His KR for TD are nice fluff. Shows his speed to get the corner and take it home nicely, but those were pretty horrible kickoff coverage examples.

Like how he looks though -- he could be special in a Fuente offense.

OK, guys. Pile on me, but I don't get the animosity everyone feels for the addition of University after Virginia Tech. Yes, I know, we have said we don't want to be called that, but is it not technically correct? I don't get upset when an old timer (yeah, I know, I'm officially an old timer myself) calls us VPI, although when I attended, that's who we were, but with the addition of "and State University", we sorta set ourselves up for the appellation. No, I don't care for it particularly, but it isn't as egregious to me as Vaah Tech, which sets my teeth on edge. Really, I'm not advocating for it, just more wondering why everyone seems so pissed off about it. Did we change our name again without me noticing it?

Reel men fish on Wednesdays

I agree with the sentiment, even though my peeve is the reverse of yours. ("VT University" bugs me, but "Va Tech" does not).

Although I don't think people are truly po'd so much as, it is the internet, so eleventy!!!111#

Yea, I'm just having fun with it. I aint mad, bro.

Straight from every single Hokies media guide I've ever seen Granted, it's directed toward media types, but still...

While the full name of the school is Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, the school
is commonly referred to as just "Virginia Tech." Founded in 1872, as Virginia Agricultural and
Mechanical College, the university changed its named to Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1896.
Fans of the athletic department, as well as media covering the Hokies, shortened the name to VPI,
but it eventually became Virginia Tech. The "State University" was added on in 1970 to bring the
official title to where it is today.
Those covering Hokie athletics are asked to refer to the university as simply "Virginia Tech." Do
not use Virginia Tech University, VPI and SU, VPI&SU, VT or VA Tech. These are not recognized
names and should not be used.

I will admit, "Virginia Tech University" is more or less just funny to me at this point. But I did want to point out that it is officially incorrect usage.

No, I *don't* want to go to the SEC. Why do you ask?

We don't love dem Hoos.

Vah Tech is annoying. A lot of older folks I know would say VPI or VippySue, so I got used to that before even going.

I love hearing University of Virginia Tech from kids commiting, because it sounds like they are giving the Hoos hope, then bringing the pain when they realize the kid meant us. It's always fun to give Hoos the bizness.
