VT Wrestling: 4th Place Nationally in 2016, Trophy for the case

This past weekend the hokie grapplers took 4th place in a loaded NCAA wrestling field. VT broke records in:
Number of All Americans
Team Points Scored
Team Finish
Individual points scored (Epperly)

In wrestling the top 4 teams receive trophys and VT finished 4th, earning tech its first ever NCAA trophy!

VT had a really really rough Thursday, losing epperly dance haught and mcfadden on the championship side of the bracket, but battled back to put 6 of 8 wrestlers on the podium.

Kevin Dresser received the National Wrestling Coaches Association Coach of the Year Award.
