Kaden Moore opted for Virginia Tech over Bowling Green. The 2020 Bethlehem, PA offensive lineman announced his decision during an official visit to the Hokies.

FACE LEFTY
305? That's a beefy dude
Corn fed.
I trust our OL evals from the last few years. I also think this guy will have 1-3 years in the S&C to get his body right for P5 before he will need to contribute with the OL we have returning.
Lol. That clip where he takes out the DB and the umpire. All the bigguns please
I think this is the only VT commit ever to come from my high school (at least in my time as a fan).
Probably the first Freedom player to go D1 since The Rock. Liberty HS grad btw 😋
That school must be known for producing wrestlers....this kid doesn't play football, he mauls the opposition.
What year did you graduate? I think my cousins went to Freedom.
2001 here
My cousins are young. 2011ish.
Hopefully Freedom keeps pumping out D1 recruits and they are also 1000000% committed to VPI!
We really aren't focused enough on the fact that this is Penn State's backyard.
Am I the only one wondering why the pancakes are already cooked on both sides?
At the risk of opening up a new Cake vs. Pie, the second side to cook is the more attractive one. This is the final flip in a series: pour, cook, flip, cook, flip.
Only 1000000%? SOMEONE SEND THE HARDEE'S COUPONS, QUICK!
We don't have any Hardees in Bethlehem.
No wonder he's the first commit from your HS.
Ah yes, that'd make sense.
But ya'll got a killer casino! I only say killer because I went home in the black, and that's never happened at any other casino I've been to. But it was decent. Had a good time.
I used to go and take the free money the first year they opened. Got a bunch of free lunches by playing their $5 and cashing out.
VTU Baby!!!
So he's also joining the Virginia Tech Union?
Man idk what level of competition this kid has been playing at but he straight up bullies people every play
I don't follow my hometown football scene as closely as I used to, but it's generally two or three of the top ten programs in the state at the 6A level, plus a few high ranking teams at the 5A and 4A level, as well as some truly terrible teams.
Hmm, odds on him playing DT?
I laughed so hard watching the first 3 minutes of these highlights...I thought I was watching UFC or WWF....he just completely destroys his competition including the referees. Love the finishing
Easily the most entertaining OL highlight film I've seen in a long time.
Much of OL recruiting is about raw numbers. Vice gets this. Newsome did not.
Newsome didn't get a lot of things....
The most important one: Retained.
The Hokies actually flipped someone?
That is UNPOSSIBLE!
Watched few seconds in and I am a bit uneasy. I'm no French, but seems he plants his feet and use his upper body strength to throw defensive lineman like rag dolls. That would work on high school level but against ACC level competition? I don't know.
Watch it all.
At times he makes some really nifty hip and foot movements and it looks like a judo throw.
Then he does the Eddie Guerrero frog splash for good measure.
I am a fan!
I hope he is the next Eric Gallo. That kid was a monster even though he was the quiet one. Played with a chip on his shoulder.
Is this the part where we complain about being his only P5 offer?
s/
No, this is the part where we talk about finding criminally underrated guys and coaching them up to All-ACC status. 😉
Only when people use that one metric to defend "recruiting" - because that blows up their argument.
Well he certainly passes the meanness test. I also think its easy to be mean when you have 100 lbs on your opposition. He certainly doesn't give up on the play even when he is way off the play. At 6'3" would most think he projects at center at the P5 level?
definitely too short to play QB! /s
Kid must have some Corey Moore DNA in him. Motor doesn't stop. LMAO watching his film.
seriously looks like he's run blocking even on passing plays
I'm sure it's because of scheme/what he's been coached to do, but he doesn't seem to climb to the second level very often. I like the mean streak he has to physically dominate his man and take him to the ground every play. Will be interesting to see how quickly he adjusts to every lineman/backer being as fast and strong as he is.
Lefty just got big dogged
Looks like he has a bit of Jake Grove nasty streak in him!
Noice.
