Didn't their coach get arrested on like 8 counts or something?

Twitter me

We know head coach Jason Brown left the program after allegedly using a Hitler reference with a German student, and has since been charged with multiple felonies. It's not clear how much of that will be featured in the show, but it does appear like his exit from the program will be included.

Yikes!

Their coach was so annoying last year. Terrible person and a terrible coach.

I honestly think that he has good intentions. He's a shitty coach, offensive, alcoholic, narcissist, but I think he believes that what he's doing is for the benefit of these kids that all know they aren't in the best situation. I thought the garden city coach this year showed that he is way less mature and closer to JB in terms of personality and demeanor.

If you can't handle my shit posts, you don't deserve my memes

Honestly, that Garden City part from this year, I thought that was all on the GCCC coach. Not sure how much was edited to make it seem that way, but I thought that guy was at fault 100% from how the show made it seem. I understand rivalries and pettiness, but it seemed like he was legitimately trying to start some shit just to make JB look bad on camera.

Something broke in that GCCC coach at halftime. He was making JB look calm the entire second half.

I tutor a kid who went to the school last season. He said it gets worse off camera.

Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies

Watching the second episode right now.

Trying to get through All or Nothing before starting this season

I binged that over the weekend, i thought it was really good..then again I'm a Panthers Fan..

Not a Panthers fan, or an NFL fan for that matter, but I really liked All or Nothing. I watched the Rams season too, but overall it was really cool to see the camaraderie that the Panthers have even when they struggled.

Haven't started yet. How bad is it?

That de that they barely showed that committed to Georgia. Also I can't help but laugh at the kid who bounced back from GT. Like bud did you seriously not know when you committed there to play qb that you were never going to throw the ball?

Yeah think that guys the easy #1 Deng who we targeted played pretty well in the little bit of game footage that you get to see of him. Not gonna lie I was a big fan of King its it's a shame his career went the way it did

Just briefly looking at his offer list on 247, it looks like GT was the only school that offered him as a QB (had offers from Bama and Auburn but my guess it was as an athelte).

Spoiler. After the show he's opened recruiting to playing WR now.

Davijuan Dean who gets mentioned in some highlights a few times at RB went to my high school and was taught by my mom when he was in elementary school. He lost his chance at D1 in HS after sending a kid a picture of him holding a gun that was perceived as a threat. Even though everyone involved, including the guy he sent it to tried to say they were just joking. My mom was real upset about the whole thing. Some of these guys just make little mistakes. I'm still rooting for him to end up at 4 year school but it's crazy how one little thing can totally throw off your trajectory.

It's tough watching this show sometimes, and as funny/ridiculous/over the top as Jason Brown is he actually has put a ton of kids into 4 year schools on scholarship and gotten those kids chances at degrees. As terrible as he can be, I am glad there are people like him who are willing to work for these guys and try to get them a shot. He's been very successful if these numbers in the video below are even close to the ballpark truth. If so, the man has done a hell of a lot for a lot of kids who most people gave up on. I don't think that excuses his behavior at times, but that does make me respect him more than the vibe I get from the average viewer.
