OT Drinking Game for the Weekend

So HokieEnginerd and I are watching the Louisiana Tech/Marshall game and the announcers are driving me crazy by saying "Laa Tech." I have come up with a lovely drinking game for the weekend since we have 3 ___ Tech teams playing.
Every time the announcers say "Laa or Vah Tech" you drink. If by chance they say "Gah Tech" you down it. If they say the correct state name, the first person to comment gets to choose who drinks. And tomorrow every time they get mixed up and say the wrong team, everybody takes a shot.

Cheers y'all!

Combining 07Hokie's and LancerHokie's rules is how we die. I'm scared for my liver tomorrow.

Good thing we don't have the Logan Thomas rules to add to the game.

Oooo what are the Logan Thomas rules? I don't remember

Every time they mentioned his height and weight.

Usually, the lower tier the broadcast, the more times it got mentioned. Also, if a crew hadn't called many VT games prior, the number crept up there. So, yeah, get a ESPNU or ESPN3 game with new announcers, and it was brutal.

I kept some notes from the 2012 season, and it looks like we were averaging 6 shots per game through the first four weeks. The Bowling Green game got up to 7.5.

There might have also been an extra rule depending on how much Logan weighed. I think each channel had a different weight listed.

They bring up that this is the first year away from the triple option: Take a tiny sip because we don't want people dying and you know that's gonna hit high double digit mentions.

Double digits as in high 70s.

So we don't all croak between tonight and tomorrow, every Hokie score/big play chug water.

That's a social.

This is going to be great for the ACC.

They show past stolen "T"s, drink.

We also need a drink for when they say V Tech or G Tech.

Also, drink when they mention UVa.

I'm one of the few amongst our ppl that likes "Vah Tech". After being stationed in Norfolk, we always said "Vah Beach & Vah Beach Blvd," so it just sounds right to me.
That said, "Gah Tech" is just total blasphemy. It should be prounced G-A Vocational, or on occasion G-A Tech.
Caveat - If "Tech" by itself is used, it means us for there can only be one.

It's all blasphemy.
