ACCNX is not a TV channel. It's the ACCN version of ESPN3.
But, in this case, the game is not an ACCNX game. It's RSN (produced by Fox). ESPN just lists it as ACCNX because that's their asset, but they black it out in most areas because it's available through other means.
Seeing as how you have NBC Sports Philly, you probably don't have NBC Sports Washington, so you're not going to get any ACC games on an NBC platform where you're at. Perhaps AT&T Sportsnet or SportsTime Ohio?
However if it's on ACCN Extra, I'm pretty sure that is available on the ESPN app, which you can log in to with your YoutubeTV account. I had to do this on my Fire TV for my two TV setup before they caved and put the YouTubeTV app on Amazon devices.

you can stream from watch ESPN with YouTube TV. At least, that's what I've done.
The VT basketball games have been ACCNX (including today's game). The quality of the stream is crap, but it's better than nothing.
Edit: Apparently FoxSports San Diego is carrying it and that's a local sports channel included in my YTTV. So, perhaps a regional sports channel on your YTTV.

Watching on espnplayer.com out of Europe. Best deal for me in Asia, but I think I would do it even from America. $13/month for every game on any of the ESPNs including ACCN and ACCNX. You just have to VPN into Europe. They also have a 7 day free trial.

I'll be watching from home, but I really wish I had bought tickets to this one. I love Atlanta and I'm less than 2 hours away on a good day.
I feel like we should definitely win, but I am nervous about a let down game after being on such a good run. I would love for us to come out and get straight to business on both sides of the ball and take control of the game early.

No boozles for me today. I'm visiting my dad this weekend and we have a fleet of vehicles to work on. So we will probably be in his garage listening to the game on the radio cursing (hopefully cars and not football).
I'm pretty optimistic. To me, we've played like a "good team" since the Duke game. And good teams easily beat the teams that they're supposed to (like GT)

This is our second fall here. I bought a leaf blower last week and will get a mulching mower in the spring. When they built this neighborhood they left a lot of trees on purpose and I love it. But damn the leaves are a multi weekend project haha
Log in or register to post comments about the Virginia Tech Hokies
Used to rake 'em, got older and lazier, and maybe a bit wiser. Now, I mow 'em. Mowing my small lawn a couple of times is sooooooo much easier than raking for hours, is better for the soil, and gets me back inside for football.
Log in or register to post comments about the Virginia Tech Hokies
Yeah the plan for next year is to mulch them as they fall. Either way it's so many leaves they'll still have to be removed but that'll take the edge off.
Log in or register to post comments about the Virginia Tech Hokies
Tell me about it. My property is a half acre and I have 18 oak trees that are all 60+ feet tall, two of which are red/black oaks, which drop their leaves much later than the other 16 white oaks. My maples and hickory drop even earlier than the white oaks. Every October and November weekend contains a few hours of leaf clearing.
A few things I've found, given that my township collects leaf piles at the curb:
- The leaf blower is amazing but when it gets windy you can get screwed pretty hard. In the front yard, I blow the leaves down toward the curb and when the pile gets too big to blow, I sloppily rake it down the yard by a few meters and clean up the ones I missed with the blower again. Rinse and repeat until you reach the curb.
- Leaf blowers that also claim to be leaf vacuums suck (both literally and figuratively). Not worth it, only the blower is valuable.
- I also have one of those blowers mounted on a cart and believe you me that thing is POWERFUL, like five times as powerful as the best hand held blower I've ever had. These are cool but mine is a little busted so I don't use it.
- I use my lawn mower with the side discharge to chop up leaves and discharge them to a central pile, progressively lowering the deck over the course of each fall weekend so I cut the grass at the same time. No leaves get left behind, and when the grass goes dormant it is already short enough that leaves don't get caught up in the grass. Makes blowing and raking way easier
- I don't use the mower to bag the leaves generally because the bag is too small and I'd end up emptying the bag scores of times to clean the yard, which is a pain and takes forever. I also don't mulch much, there are too many leaves and they'd cover the grass. A little is ok but not in the quantity I have - I have to physically remove the leaves or else.
- The critical element: A tarp. A big one.
Whether you're mowing the leaves up, raking them, or blowing them, there will eventually be a big pile that will become hard to move. Once you've created a pile of any sort, open up the tarp on the ground and rake the leaves onto the tarp. The tarp is easy to drag to the curb. This cuts leaf clearing time down by a TON. Everyone in my neighborhood does this, unless they have a riding mower with a giant container on the back.
Tarp. Get one. It's easily the best idea in leaf clearing. I won't turn back.
Now if you have a yard like mine and you get an ocean of acorns every few years, then good luck, I still don't have a good solution for that pain in the ass.
Log in or register to post comments about the Virginia Tech Hokies
Not one to talk up products, but I used to live in a similar situation and the Cyclone Rake XL is the ticket. Makes it soooooo easy and the leaves are cut into such little pieces that you can clear so much more space without having to dump. When you are ready to dump, just back it up to where you want your pile and tip it up. That simple.

As an early Bday present, my GF got me tix for the B's-Caps game tonight @ the Garden. We're having dinner @ Legal in Boston beforehand, so I'll be on the road at kick-off. The game is actually on NESN+ here locally (I'm recording it for future viewing), so hopefully the Legal bartender can find the game on TV. We always sit at the bar wherever we go.
So, great wine with dinner, followed by incredibly expensive beers at the Garden.
I'm very optimistic...

So it appears that the game is on ACC Network Extra - like the only channel I don't get on YouTube TV. How is everyone watching this?
Cable.
Fox sports Sun here in NE Florida.
I use the ESPN app on Roku.
Wait I was gonna do the YouTube tv free trial to watch. Is NBCSN on a special package or some such?
NBC Sports and NBC Sports Philadelphia are listed on my youtube tv channel list, but the last time I tried to watch an accnx game it wasn't available.
ACCNX is not a TV channel. It's the ACCN version of ESPN3.
But, in this case, the game is not an ACCNX game. It's RSN (produced by Fox). ESPN just lists it as ACCNX because that's their asset, but they black it out in most areas because it's available through other means.

Here's the lists of RSNs carrying the game:

Check the fox sports regional channels.

How did you watch the UNC game on TV? This game should be in the same place.
I forget! I remember watching it but I think I ended up streaming it from some random place.
you can stream from watch ESPN with YouTube TV. At least, that's what I've done.

This was the solution. I logged into espn dot com and I watched it on my laptop
