Today's (8/19) Camp Highlights

It is worth noting there is a nice touchdown catch from D'wain Lofton to finish things up. I hope I am not getting overhyped from a couple of highlights, but every time I see a clip, I think "that is an adult."

Looked like Conner he beat deep too. Having Conner at Whip scares me. I would much rather see him as a traditional linebacker in base 4-3 packages and bring in a true nickel on obvious passing downs.

BB looked like he had a few throws with some heat on them; nice throw at the end to Lofton too.

New video out shows a lot of work with receivers runningbacks in the passing game. Have to wonder if that is a part of the plan to reduce qb carries.

Edit: whole point was to note the runningbacks getting passes but I effed up the original comment

We are coming out against UNC with the Air Raid offense. Will catch everybody off guard for the first game. Second game, single wing options only.

We've got a really good mix of talented skill position guys right now; veterans and rooks. If BB has developed as a passer and takes a major step forward this year in terms of commanding the offense, I can see why Fuente says he feels as good about the passing game as he has since 2016.

Of course, all this talk means nothing if we don't come out and absolutely ball out this year; and that starts with September 3rd.
