It appears that the @accnetwork is now available on Comcast. 19 million more subs to see @WesDurham and @MarkPacker faces in the morning. Glorious.β Brent Axe (@BrentAxeMedia) August 23, 2021
So far it doesn't seem to be working on Xfinity at least here in Florida though.
For those with Comcast: Switch to channel 1322 and you should find the ACC Network. It will say "sign off" on the guide, but click it on and ACCN will come up. My source thought the deal with ESPN would be done by end of August. That seems to be the case.β Mike Lewis (@Mikeysurf) August 23, 2021

For those wondering, The ACC has been charging carriers about $0.67/subscriber. Assuming that holds true (it may not), that's an extra ~$12.73M in subscriber revenue. I'm not sure how much of this goes to the conference; need to factor in revenue from advertisements, as well as remember that ESPN will take a cut. Regardless, this is log overdue for the ACC, and first big win of new ACC commish Jim Phillip's career.
Yes, definitely log overdue.
I joke, but it's amazing Comcast didn't do this before. Where's the money in cable? Live action sports.
So you're saying we have more money for a Fuente buyout?
Or alternatively more money for Vance Vice.
And Ryan Smith
Still. Needs. To. Prove. It. On. The. Field.
Mike London taught us there's no point in recruiting high-level guys if you're garbage with X's and O's.
2020 was a disaster on defense, especially comparing it to the Virginia Tech standard. 2021 needs to be significantly better before we can start lauding the defensive coaches.
Mike London? What about Al Groh?
I miss those guys.
Especially Timecop.
Worked for me last night in Jersey City! The ACC Network Extra streaming part didn't work yet , though.
Seeing reports that the ACCN was activated in error and has been corrected. They were testing out putting it on an 'overflow' channel for if/when the agreement does get put in place.
Lol do what? How could it possibly matter what number the assign it?

Seems like if they're physically implementing the change, then they're pretty optimistic about a deal.
....or an intern fucked up and performed a dev test in Prod
Maybe both.
But sure, blame the intern. That's what they're there for.
Not working for me. Any idea if its on every tier or just select pay tiers?

This might be the most #goacc thing of all time
A lifetime supply of spurttles could have easily prevented this error.
OR the mouse is playing 3D chess trying to show Comcast the bump they would get if they agree to terms
Comcast didn't have SEC Network up until the day before the first game.
Yeah, those jewels are valuable.
F%#K Comcast.
I switched to Glo-Fiber two years ago and never looked back.
Hey, look at what just got finalized right after the regular season ended
