Please let Michigan beat Georgia. I don't want to see another Bama vs Georgia game.
Better yet, let's pray to God that Cincinnati somehow beats Bama 😈
This is what I want
I would much prefer this as well.
Por que no Los dos?
The only way to bring balance to college football
Losing Metchie is a big loss for Bama. He's not their most explosive receiver, but he's the safety valve, and he and Bryce seem to have that mental connection/comfortability on crucial 3rd downs and inside the RZ when the field compresses. I don't think it's a big enough loss to change the outcome of the 1/4 game.
One thing that fans were clamoring for was something different.
Alabama vs. Cincinnati - 5 total meetings, last in 1990
Michigan vs. Georgia - Two previous meetings, last in 1965
Potential final matchups:
Michigan vs. Cincinnati - Only previous meeting was in 2017
Alabama vs. Georgia - 71 total meetings, most recently yesterday.
Alabama vs. Michigan - 5 total meetings, most recent in 2020 Citrus Bowl (2019 season)
Georgia vs. Cincinnati - 3 previous meetings, most recently in last year's Peach Bowl (prior to that, 1942 and 1976)
Narduzzi Bowl in the Peach Bowl - Michigan State vs. Pitt
Unless MSU comes up with some big changes to their pass defense (they will have some time to work on it), I expect this to be a robust Kenny Pickett finale.
They actually got the top 12 teams in the NY6 this year.

#1 Alabama (SEC)
#2 Michigan (Big Ten)
#4 Cincinnati (American, highest G5 champ)
#7 Baylor (Big 12)

Auto bids due to contracts:
#3 Georgia is in the top 4
#6 Ohio State was selected as the Big Ten replacement for the Rose Bowl
#8 Ole Miss was selected as the SEC replacement for the Sugar Bowl
Actual at-large teams:
#5 Notre Dame
#9 Oklahoma State
#10 Michigan State
