He doesn't announce that he's going to VT in this tweet but does on Facebook. He was most recently a graduate assistant and assistant linebackers coach at Marshall and has also helped with the quarterbacks and defensive backs at Marshall. He played college football at Hampden Sydney, so he has ties to Virginia. I'm not sure what his role at Tech is going to be. Maybe he takes the job Jack Tyler had before Tyler became the full-time linebackers coach.
