Awesome, he will be needed. Our offense needs more playmakers at WR.
Not than impressive. Never even heard of Rexas
/s
To me he might be our best recruit in terms of fit (although Harvey and Christian both have strong arguments IMO). He is a pure slot player, who has that combination of instincts and quickness to make plays. Smart, good hands and has physical potential to keep improving.
I hope he puts his head down and buys in as I predict he could become a big-time player for the Hokies.
All my ex-es live in Rexas
Honestly thought this was a Dwayne Lawson meme but was pleasantly surprised.
Rexas? We'll see how shark does..
Rhey jusr fired Rom Herman didn'r rhey?
Yep. Gor Sreve shark
Boom Shacka Lacka
Texas already hired a Shaka in BB.
Don't ress with Rexas
RX2VT
Nah I think UNC recently took that one.
That's too bad I could have used some prescription painkillers in November
So how many highschools in Texas are named the steers?
both of them.
Just a few
Only the ones that play football.
Congrats Dawain! Every time I read his name, I think of a post from his commitment thread where someone said "Dawain Lofton's name sounds like Mike Tyson saying 'Dwayne Lawson', and I always read his name in a Mike Tyson voice.
Anyways, IF Fuente is somehow able to turn this ship around, it starts with this recruiting class. We have no idea how extreme the market inefficiencies caused by COVID are; hopefully this is the first of multiple 'true 4-star players' were no properly scouted by bluebloods and chose to come to VT.
Yeah we need guys like Jaylen Jones, Etute, and Lawson (who haven't had a HS season yet) to turn out to be blue chip talents. It's not limited to those guys, but the guys who signed before playing that senior season have way more variance in regards to the market.
Fun fact, Dawain is actually pronounced DAY-juan
lol jokes on me it's actually day-JUAN
Can he return punts?
Is he a tight end?
If no, then you know the answer.
I said it half in jest / half seriously. We need a damn punt returner, obviously, and if I were Fuente, I'd be looking at getting some players who wants that role.
Just curious...where is 4A/5A on the scale of Texas school size?
The highest is 6A
So we're talking bigger than every school in VA but not Texas big then?
Probably like 69th since they have so many levels
