final chapter, let's work! ๐งก@HokiesWBB pic.twitter.com/520koLQX1jโ Olivia Summiel (@oliviasummiel) April 20, 2023
The latest addition for Virginia Tech and Kenny Brooks is Olivia Summiel, a 6-2 senior from Wake Forest. The Dayville, Conn. native spent four seasons with the Demon Deacons, appearing in 104 games with 60 starts. Averaged 7.4 points and 5.6 rebounds per game this year. #Hokies https://t.co/nP40Vsk6lAโ David Cunningham (@therealdcunna) April 20, 2023
Wake Forest didn't have much size this season โ Summiel (6-2) and Demeara Hinds (6-2) were the two tallest starters. As a result, Summiel played more of a four.My guess would be she can provide some depth at the four but can also stretch the floor at the three.โ David Cunningham (@therealdcunna) April 20, 2023

Bring them all and weed out the rest!
I don't want to weed out any player that was on a Final Four team, no matter how modest their contribution to the box score.
But as long as there are roster spots, yes let's bring in more good players!
We got the spots and hopefully this year additional depth which means we can rotate in bench freshmen with people with experience.
Let's gooo. How much does it cost to buy a top player off the portal for NLI in WBB?
I would guess Van Lith is probably capable of a half million NIL deal.
Possibly closer to 600k if there is a bidding war.
Between Kitely and Summiel, the paint is closed to dribble drivers.
I'm trying to embed the gif of Kitley's block at the end of the Ohio State game, but failing.
This one?
It's a video on imgur's site, but if you right-click the image in the GIFtory article and select Copy Image Address, it will give you a link for the gif.
Love this video. That's such a "well fuck me" smirk by the Ohio State player.
I wonder if they are going to sub for each other or Brooks is scheming ways to have multiple bigs on the court at the same time. Especially as some of the incoming talent can dribble as well as rebound.
after having a 6-woman rotation for like our last 20 games, hopefully brooks is planning on both
What is truly sad is that when I read "a 6-wmoan rotation" my mind totally went in a different direction from what I know you meant.
So we're looking at:
Amore PG 5'6
King G 6'
Ekh (T) G 6'
Gregg (?) G 6'Summiel (T) F 6'2
Micheaux (T) F 6'2
Kitley C 6'6
We have so much roster movement I forgot who has eligibility next year. Gregg? Geiman?
Neither gregg nor geiman will be back if i remeber correctly
This is the way...
That lineup is getting taller.
