He has said he isn't done coaching but just felt it was time to move on. His connections to the DC area for recruiting will serve him well at deciding what he wants to do next. If we lose a coach I would not be against Coach Young putting out feelers as an assistant/associate head coach.

I would assume Young would be sitting at 2nd best among first four years (would have needed 2 more wins) but would still be behind Moir (81 wins) for most over the first four years, but it would be close.
