Football news from the ACC winter meetings. Coaches unanimously approved access to in-game video and access to coach-to-player communication devices. Still needs approval from NCAA Football Rules Committee. pic.twitter.com/lPmB7BmIOg— Damien Sordelett (@DamienSordelett) February 14, 2024

Going to miss the wackiness of sideline signage but this change is long overdue.
There will still be hand signals a lot more hurry up and no huddle in college.
Thank you, Michigan
I didn't read the entire article, but did it say whether this change is for conference games only, or for all games? My assumption is conference only because I can see some non-conference opponents being unhappy if their ACC opponent has access to tech they don't.
What's the NCAA gonna do about it? Not let ACC teams into the playoffs?
Reading the article, it is pending NCAA rule changes that will be considered next month. If the NCAA does not make the change, I assume nothing happens.
Sort of like the complaint they'd have when a team steals their signs?
