LET'S GO...

I seldom speak to loluva grads, but when I do, I tell them I want large fries.

HOKIES!!!

Didn't already announce that on the 18th?

Who cares? Go Hokies!!!

We put the K in Kwality

News so good, you gotta say it twice!

I searched threads and didn't see one on him. He dropped the Run it Back tweet like 3 hours ago and a bunch of teammates were piling in the comments.

It's deep into the football offseason. I've literally got nothing better to do than get excited for good Hokies news. Don't care if it's breaking news or not.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me.

Jenkins had not yet publicly announced until today, but yes the information was tweeted out on the 18th.

I think the lieutenant owes some drinks.....πŸ€ͺ🍺

My wife takes the kids and leaves the house while I watch my Hokie games.........nuff said

Confusion if old or new news, but

anyways

"Nooooooooooo!"
~What happened?
"James Franklin to Virginia Tech...."
~Fuck me......*sigh*
"Oh my God.... They're gonna take all our recruits... like WTF bro...."
~*squints eyes in disbelief*

I don't know what a Hokie is, but God is one of them!

From January 18, don't get me wrong, I think sharing the announcement from the man himself is worth a new post, but...

KEONTA JENKINS TO RETURN By: heuplek

A decade on TKP and it's been time well spent.

Hot take - no sauces. He plays safety in the spring and Woodson is 1st team at Star.

this seems like a reasonable take. We are slightly deficient at safety. But, the question is the combo of Woodson at star and Jenkins at safety better than Jenkins at star and Phillips/Jones at safety. I think the safety will take significantly more snaps per game.

Also, I would like to learn more about the positions of star, nickel, and the two safeties in the Pry/Marve system. I don't know too much beyond the obvious. If anyone knows of a scheme description or similar with those positions in mind, please share a link. Has French gone into detail on these positions before?

Totally agree with evaluating the different combinations. I think the spring will be about doing some of that to shore up the defense - maybe some other spots like who plays free vs strong.
