A few weeks ago I floated the idea of a Hail Mary week where those of us mortals whose picks are regularly ignored by the Football Gods each week have an opportunity to create improbable comebacks against the bastards ahead of us in the rankings. Hail Mary Week will be Conference Championship Weekend to get that 0:00 in the End Zone feeling. It's a little tough to guarantee, but this should give us 9 games.

Dang it, Navy! Still a whole bunch of us set season high-water marks with 5 correct. As we got the downhill portion of the year, DKF233 and King James are running out front in the low-mid 40s with a huge gang of turkeys trying to close the gap.

edit- was making picks before I saw above- pretty close correlation 5 of 6 same;
I took all the away teams. Not as a gimmick, just worked out that way. Though with my track record this year I prob should try some "gimmicks".

BOTW: Pretty much a lot...been a long couple of weeks with 20 hours OT in 2 weeks, a birthday, and a sad anniversary. But do have a 4pack of this which will be yummy. And a good follow up behind the buffalo trace on the windy golf course tomorrow at the beach.

Less than ten percent got even 4 picks right! so my 3 actually raised me from tied for 16th to tied for 10th!
That A&M blunder in OT cost me being a +4.
Need to go 6-0 to restore my average.
This was a brutal week for me with only one right. I have learned through all of this picking that I pick well enough to break even but not enough to make money if I were to actually bet on sports.
Same score and lesson for me lol
2 or three years ago i was in 1st place going into the last week and only needed 2 wins to clinch - of course i got only 1 right and wound up as part of a 3 or 4 way tie.
Nothing wrong with ending up in a three way
