Ladies absolutely destroyed the BooHoos 87-62 without Rose available..
Four starters finished in double figures. Baker and Ekh had 17 each. Only knock on the team was the 16 turnovers but they forced 18 by UVA.

It is so amazing to see these players flourish... Carys doing anything and everything that is asked of her, kayl and rhamiya stepping up, great ball movement, taking open shots that were created by amazing teamwork
The time is currently 1:59pm EST and UVA still sucks!
25 point win at their place! FAM!!!
No Rose, no problem. FAM!!!
Boohoo tears. FAM!!!
FAM-tastic!

FAM! Nice to see both the men and women win at JPJ. It must be dark in there now because the ladies absolutely shot the lights out.
FAM! Another half a clash point!
Couldn't watch live, so I had it on DVR and just finished watching. Couple observations... Peterson is going to be really good; got some good minutes from Ramiya, she's not a liability; Coach Duffy is coaching her rear end off... she's not afraid to go to a zone defense on occasion in order to give a different look and to help protect for fouls. There is no quit in this team and they are beginning to play really well together, GO HOKIES!!
FAM!!!!
Ramiyah surprised me at how smooth her free throws were.
She takes her practices shots before games seriously as far as I can tell.
I was watching Rhamiya on defense and she was anticipating really well to prevent being out of position.... It's been fun to watch these young players growing throughout the season
Every time they play it looks like these Hokies are learning and getting better.
Fam!
Always great to beat the hoos.
I didn't even know until my dad told me. Was busy working on some house things. That news, and a bunch of tamales, made for a good evening.
Man, I do love tomales, but other than a restaurant or Hormel in a can, I've not had many of them. Home made?
Pupuseria Mari in Christiansburg. They have a spot in Blacksburg as well. But, people in my office are convinced the Christiansburg one is better. They are really good.
Wahoo tears are always worthy of a FAM!
This was the first time the Hokies have swept UVA at JPJ....EVER
It is kind of nice feeling isn't it?
The first of many!
