Sandwiched between Black Friday (a day reserved for Virginia Tech beating Virginia, not online shopping) and Cyber Monday, is Small Business Saturday. The idea behind that initiative it to "celebrate and support small businesses and all they do for their communities".
That roughly translates to, 'buy sh-- from them'.
This football season, absent the now official Marshall contest, The Key Play published 104 unique and original pieces of content ranging from media recaps and film reviews all the way to GIFTORY and a mailbag from the illegitimate legitimate Fuller brother. Success hasn't always been there for the Hokies in 2018, nevertheless TKP covered the season as completely as possible. Expect the same fervor devoted to Buzzketball's 2018-19 campaign — one with brighter horizons.
TKP strives to provide both quality coverage of the Hokies and an online community for the maroon and orange faithful to discuss, celebrate, commiserate the team they love.
If those are objective you can get down with, then please help us out and join The Key Players Club.

Join TKPC and be sure to do your shopping with the TKP amazon link. Amazon does Cyber Monday, but they really do deals from yesterday through early next week.
If TKP is one of the first sites you open each day, you should join.
If you come here for the FAM, the videos, French's breakdowns, or the GIFTORY, you should join.
If you come here to complain that the players, the coaches or the school is crap, you probably shouldn't join.
No, still join. Just keep the complaints respectful, productive, and encourage discussion
I'm doing my part!
Join TKP....best money I have spent on a hobby hands down.
LETS GO!
I just hit my 6 year anniversary on this beautiful site! Thanks TKP staff for maintaining the best team related website, hands down.
Gotta say, I love seeing that ticker in the upper-right of the page making some movement after this post went up.
Joe, do we still have a way to give a 1 time contribution to the site? I know that kind of went away when we switch to annual memberships but I didn't know if the option still exists.
Might be a useful resource for those of us who can afford to give TKP a Christmas bonus this year:
